Yoga Class

As well as going to the gym, this semester I am taking a yoga class. Yoga is important in our everyday lives because it helps to keep our mind, body, and souls healthy and at ease. The winter months can really bring you down, but getting involved in a weekly yoga class will uplift your spirits. Yoga is also great in stressful times, focusing on your breathing and meditation will increase ones ability to simply relax and let go. It is important to wear fitted exercise clothes when partaking in yoga to allow for maximum stretch and movement. Yoga is a great way to maintain a healthy lifestyle this winter and every season.
