Rainy days in the city can be depressing, especially in the 30 degree weather. It definitely makes us want to stay inside, because honestly, it is no fun walking around the city when its like this. So umbrellas, raincoats, and rain boots are 100 percent a necessity. And since these are the three things that the rest of the world sees when you're walking around, its nice to have them be unique.
When shopping for a raincoat, look for a twist on a classic style. Claire's coat has toggles and bell sleeves, Emily's is moto-inspired, and Lexie's has a ruffled bottom.
Lexie's rain boots are the classic shiny black, but Claire's short boots and Emily's plaid patterned ones are fun variations.
Umbrellas don't really have to be fashionable, but Emily's bright green version and Lexie and Claire's clear ones can add something exciting and different to an outfit.
Next time you feel like you have to be stuck inside on a rainy day, lift your spirits by throwing together a cute outfit!
