Emily S's Favorite Spot: The Highline

Whether day or night, there is always a beautiful view of the city from any point on the High Line. This makes it a great place to walk, relax and even snap some photos. The elevated walkway currently runs from 12th street all the way up to 34th, and it continues to expand. Sometimes instead of walking down the same city sidewalks over and over again, going up to the High Line is a nice change of pace as well as a beautiful scenic route filled with art and plants. Also, in the warmer months vendors and live bands set up along the path. It is definitely one of my favorite places in the city, so I'd say taking a trip to this unique New York attraction is a must!
