Valentine's Day

Valentine's Day is one of those holidays that you either really love or you totally dread. But whether you have a date or you're just planning on hanging out with your girlfriends, you can still have fun and look fabulous!
We decided to take these pictures in the New York Public Library because like Carrie Bradshaw said in the Sex and the City Movie, it's "The classic New York landmark that houses all the great love stories". The library is one of the most beautiful, yet under-appreciated places in NYC. The combination of the lighting, the marble walls and floors, and the grand staircases and balconies, gives the library a kind of romantic feel.
When most of us think Valentine's Day, we think of the classic red, but we all chose to take different routes with our color choices. Emily went with peachy pinks and maroons, Lexie went with a bright fuschia pink, and Claire went with a dusty rose color. So definitely don't think that you are limited to just wearing red.
No matter what plans you have, V-Day gives you an excuse to dress up. So break out your favorite heels and put on the outfit that makes you feel the most beautiful. We say love yourself this Valentine's Day!
